OZOleaders

OZOleaders is a four-day experiential leadership tour (scheduled for January 27-30, 2009) that connects senior leaders in sustainability to other senior leaders by going behind-the-scenes to some of the worlds most innovative and sustainable organizations.

Participants go on-site to discuss and debate with best-in-class business leaders at companies including Ben & Jerry's, Timberland, Seventh Generation, Terracycle (Tom Szeky CEO to host), Blue Hill at Stone Barns (David Barber to host) and Jack's Stirbrew (Jack to host), hearing real stories of how these leading brands have infused sustainability and innovation into their everyday – straight from the people who have instigated change. The tour is limited to 15 senior leaders to ensure it is highly personal and interactive (and a world away from 'green conferences').

The tour is being run by OZOlab and is co-led by Joshua Onysko, CEO of Pangea Organics. It is ideal for senior executives in brand, marketing, operations or CSR roles from any business sector and also for entrepreneurs and investors starting their own sustainable businesses.

Rachel Botsman and Tamara Giltsoff are co-founders and leaders of the tour. Please contact Tamara@OZOlab.com or Rachel@OZOlab.com if you are intested in attending the program alongside other C-level leaders.
